Duties and Responsibilities
- Â Serving customers diligently in strict respect of different SLAs
-  Ensuring that correct information is obtained or given to customers and that confidentiality is observed in the handling of customers’ enquiries and transactions at all times
- Â Ensuring delivery of world class services to customers at all times
-  Managing customers’ complaints and providing solutions in a timely fashion.
Key Attributes and Skills
- Â At least a first degree (or its equivalent)
- Â Highly proficient in the English and French Languages
- Â Strong oral and written communication skills
- Â Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Â Friendly personality.
