Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Responsible for the overall operational efficiency of the branch
  •  Ensuring strict respect and implementation of all Service Level Agreements at the branch level
  •  Ensuring security of all assets at the branch
  •  Ensuring that customers claims are resolved efficiently and in a timely fashion
  •  Providing leadership to the branch operations team
  •  Ensuring strict respect of the branch operational policy
  •  Supervises the Head Teller to ensure that the Cash Management Policy is respected and implemented resolutely.

Key Attributes and Skills

  •  At least a first degree
  •  At least 2 years of experience in branch operations management gained from a banking or microfinance institution
  •  Strong attention to details
  •  Strong understanding of the operational dynamics of a branch of a microfinance institution
  •  Developed oral and written communication skills
  •  Proficient in the French and English Languages
  •  Strong analytical skills
  •  Mastery of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and at least 1 banking software
