Main Mission
The Corporate Communication and Customer Experience Assistant contributes to the implementation of the company’s communication strategy and the continuous improvement of the customer experience. He/she ensures to strengthen the brand image, to ensure smooth communication and to optimize customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive corporate communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Manage and maintain all company communication channels, including website content, press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and manage social media presence.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback across various platforms, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Develop and implement customer experience initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organize and coordinate corporate events and promotional activities.
- Create visually appealing marketing materials using design software such as Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
- Write, translate and edit content in both English and French.
- Generate reports on communication and customer experience metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (bilingual proficiency is mandatory).
- Strong understanding of social media management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of video editing will be an added asset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Participate in the implementation of actions aimed at improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Design and distribute satisfaction surveys and analyse the results.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills.
