Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for business development at the branch level with regards to account opening, deposit mobilisation and loans
- Supervising the sales team and recommending the hiring and replacing of Direct Sales Agents(DSAs)
- Providing training and development on a regularly business to DSAs
- Maintaining a very profitable portfolio with regards to all the products and services of the institution
- Acting as a Backup to the Branch manager in specific instances
- Carrying regular sales performance meetings and determining specific actions to close sales gaps
- Responsible for efficient relationship management.
