Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Opening of accounts especially Individual Savings Account (ISA), Tara Savings Account (TASA), Term Deposit Account and salary accounts of all categories
  •  Cross-selling of various products to owners of various accounts
  •  Attaining or exceeding sales objectives
  •  Participating actively in sales meetings
  •  Carrying out sales prospection and ensuring a robust execution of weekly prospection plans

Key Attributes and Skills

  •  Holder of at least a 1st degree (or its equivalent) in banking, finance, sales, marketing or any related discipline
  •  Bilingual in French and English
  •  At least one (01) year of experience acquired in a microfinance or banking institution in the sales function
  •  Track record of constantly hitting or exceeding sales targets
  •  Strong ability to learn and master microfinance products
  •  Very strong knowledge of the Biyemassi neighbourhood in Yaoundé and its surrounding neighbourhoods
  •  Strong oral and written communication skills
  •  Ability to work under pressure and attain or exceed objectives
  •  Ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
