Duties and Responsibilities
- Â Opening of accounts especially Individual Savings Account (ISA), Tara Savings Account (TASA), Term Deposit Account and salary accounts of all categories
- Â Cross-selling of various products to owners of various accounts
- Â Attaining or exceeding sales objectives
- Â Participating actively in sales meetings
- Â Carrying out sales prospection and ensuring a robust execution of weekly prospection plans
Key Attributes and Skills
- Â Holder of at least a 1st degree (or its equivalent) in banking, finance, sales, marketing or any related discipline
- Â Bilingual in French and English
- Â At least one (01) year of experience acquired in a microfinance or banking institution in the sales function
- Â Track record of constantly hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Â Strong ability to learn and master microfinance products
-  Very strong knowledge of the Biyemassi neighbourhood in Yaoundé and its surrounding neighbourhoods
- Â Strong oral and written communication skills
- Â Ability to work under pressure and attain or exceed objectives
- Â Ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
