Duties and Responsibilities
- Â Responsible for the overall operational efficiency of the branch
- Â Ensuring strict respect and implementation of all Service Level Agreements at the branch level
- Â Ensuring security of all assets at the branch
- Â Ensuring that customers claims are resolved efficiently and in a timely fashion
- Â Providing leadership to the branch operations team
- Â Ensuring strict respect of the branch operational policy
- Â Supervises the Head Teller to ensure that the Cash Management Policy is respected and implemented resolutely.
