Branch IT Officers

•  A 99% uptime of all the network links between branches and head office of FINASDDEE Credit Line.
•  A 99% uptime of all Key servers of the institution.
•  New employees get workstation, printer and all necessary accessories setup within the first week of employment.
•  A perfect backup and disaster recovery plan for all servers and routers in FINASDDEE Credit Line.
•  High Level of professionalism and ethics.

•  Responsible for IT infrastructure of the Institution.
•  Ensure the availability of connections between the branches and the head office.
•  Provide support to all branches for connectivity issues of local workstations and servers.
•  Ensure that all workstations in the branches are functional.
•  Ensure that all printers in branches are working properly.
•  Ensure regular maintenance of the computer equipment.
•  Ensure new user provisioning does not take more than two days. This should include profile creation on Active Directory, Email and Banking Software of FINASDDEE Credit Line.
•  Managing the banking Software and making sure that the End of Day processes is performed successfully each day.
•  Work with Vendor to make sure the CCTV system is functioning properly.
•  Work with other service providers to make sure there is proper respect of SLAs.

•  Experience in Management of Windows Server Active Directory and related services.
•  Experience in management of Desktop PCs and printers.
•  Experience in management of FortiGate routers.
•  Good knowledge in routing and switching.
•  Experience in Firewall configurations (especially Fortinet).
•  Bilingual (spoken and written) English/French.

•  A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.
•  Fortinet NSE 4 (Network Security Professional).
•  CCNA Routing and Switching is a plus.
•  Microsoft Certification in Active Directory is also a plus.
