FINASDDEE CREDIT LINE Cameroon S.A. is recruiting one IT Infrastructure Support Officer (Network Admin). This position is based in Douala.

I. Key Performance Indicators

  •  A 99% uptime of all the network links between branches and head office of FINASDDEE Credit Line Cameroon S.A
  •  A 99% uptime of all Key servers of the institution
  •  New employees get workstation, printer and all necessary accessories setup within the first week of employment
  •  A perfect backup and disaster recovery plan for all servers and routers in FINASDDEE Credit Line Cameroon S.A
  •  High Level of professionalism and ethics

II. Principal Responsibilities

  •  Responsible for IT infrastructure of the Institution
  •  Ensure the availability of connections between the branches and the head office
  •  Design, configure, and deploy Fortinet security solutions, including FortiGate firewalls etc.
  •  Perform network security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation measures
  •  Monitor and manage network security infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve network security issues, providing timely and effective support to internal teams
  •  Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures
  •  Ensure the proper functioning of all Windows servers of FINASDDEE Credit Line
  •  Ensure that all workstations and printers in the branches are functional and working properly
  •  Ensure new user provisioning does not take more than two days. This should include profile creation on Active Directory, Email and Banking Software of FINSADDEE Credit Line
  •  Work with Vendor to make sure the CCTV system is functioning properly
  •  Work with other service providers to make sure there is proper respect of SLAs

III. Job Profile

  •  Experience
    •  Experience in management of FortiGate routers
    •  Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies
    •  Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Fortinet security solutions
    •  Experience in Management of Windows Server Active Directory and related services
    •  Experience in management of Desktop PCs and printers
  •  Education
    •  A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field
    •  Fortinet NSE 4 (Network Security Professional)
    •  CCNA Routing and Switching is a plus
    •  Microsoft Certification in Active Directory is also a plus
